First Things, First - Our January Visit to Baldwin!

After all the activities over the holidays, we took it easy for a week or so, before diving back into our 'routine' of visiting Sally and her family in Baldwin, WI. Our aim is to spend as much time with them, as traveling to see them, when we go - so this usually means an early start (by 8, at the latest) and arriving home by bedtime. That is about what we were able to do on Sunday, Jan. 11.

Besides going to get some grandson-time, we took up some firewood (and cut it up, there) and helped Scott celebrate his birthday, a week late. We tried out a newer restaurant, The Phoenix - good food, just a little tight quarters for family dining. I thought it was funny, as I was heading to Phoenix, AZ later in the week. There was also a Packer game to be watched (and mourned over), but we headed out before that was completely finished.

As usual, we had a great time being with, and watching the kids' development. They are both at an age where they have learned something new, every time we see them! Apparently, the only pictures taken were at the restaurant. Oh well.

BOYS = JOYS
